On Wednesday, April 9, 2025, all freshmen, sophomores and juniors will take the ACT 9, ACT 10 or ACT at school as a part of the State of Illinois testing requirement. All students will use their school-issued Chromebooks to take the test.

Good Luck to RHS Students Trace Friedman, Xander Bridge, Jack Bassett and Mitch Strawn this weekend at the Hockey State Finals in Bloomington. Trace, Xander, Jack and Mitch play on the Springfield High School Hockey Team.

RHS is partnering with ImpactLife to host a Blood Drive on March 13 and 14. Students and staff may donate at the blood drive. Students MUST be 16 or older to donate. Students who are 16 will need parent/guardian permission forms completed before donating. Consent Forms can be turned into Mrs. Hawkins.

Just a friendly reminder that Rochester High School would like to invite all Rocket Parents and Guardians to the “In Our School” presentation on School Safety. The presentation will be Thursday, March 13th at 6:00 p.m. in the RHS LIBRARY. Please park in the FRONT lot and use the STUDENT SERVICES entrance.
