RJHS riders for Bus #7, #19 & #28 need to wait in the HS/JH cafeteria until your bus comes to pick you up and take you home.

*Any transportation changes need to be made before 2:00, so we can get students where they need to go.

RJHS Wrestling
For any student that is interested in junior high wrestling, there will be an informational meeting with Coach Stevens on Thursday, October 20 at 2:45 in the North Commons. Please sign out with your elective or study hall teacher and report to the North Commons. If you have any questions, you can reach out to Coach Stevens at jstevens@rochester3a.net.
Red Ribbon Week
Next week is Red Ribbon Week! We are recognizing the week with some activities and dress up days. Plan for the following:
Monday-Sports Day. Be a good sport and don't do drugs
Tuesday-Wear Red. Don't do drugs plain and simple.
Wednesday-Career Day. Don't let drugs ruin your future. (dress for your future dream job)
Thursday-Anything but a backpack day. Don't let drugs weigh you down. Get creative, bring your things in anything BUT a backpack.
Friday-Orange and Blue day: Don't let drugs steal your rocket fuel.

Rocket Color Blast 5k Junior Prom Fundraiser
Late Registration:
If you would like to participate in the Rocket Color Blast 5k but missed the sign up you still can!
Please bring $20 (exact change or check --made out to RHS Junior Class 2024) to the 5k event this Sunday, October 23rd at the Rochester Community Park on the JFL Football Fields.
Late Registration will get you into the race and color blasted -- Tshirt's NOT included so please wear your own white shirt!
Late Registration will open at 12pm with Race starting at 1pm.

Parent Teacher Conferences
The portal is open to sign up for the final parent teacher conference in November.
The last Parent/Teacher Conference will be held for RJHS on Wednesday, November 2 from 3:30 - 8:30 p.m. Conferences will be held virtually or in person (if requested) this fall. Parents should use their Skyward Family Access to schedule a 15-minute appointment with their student’s teachers that they would like to visit with about their student.
After scheduling your conference(s), parents will be sent a link by the teacher for each meeting via their email. Directions on how to schedule a conference can be found here. If you have any questions, please contact Christie Jones at 217-498-9761, Ext. 1002 or cjones@rochester3a.net.
Lunch Notifications
The low lunch balance alerts have been reactivated for all families. You will get an alert when your lunch balance is below $5.00. If you choose to shut off the alert, you will no longer receive messages from Skyward or Thrillshare.
