RHS performance of “Anything Goes” *This weekend*
Time to purchase your tickets for the Spring musical, ANYTHING GOES! All seats are reserved and can only be purchased online at this link TICKETS Shows are Friday, March 10 and Saturday, March 11 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, March 12 at 2 p.m. All shows will be presented in the Rochester Fine Arts auditorium.
Band Pizza Fundraiser *Tomorrow*
Rochester Band Families: We need your help to make all the pizzas you sold! Please join us this Saturday, at 8am at Rochester United Methodist Church (555 S Walnut St) and bring a ball cap to build pizzas! Band students/families will deliver pizzas, no direct customer pick-up will happen. If you aren't able to build pizzas, please come about 10:30-11am to pick them up for delivery. RHS CHEERLEADING TRYOUTS
The 2023-2024 Rochester High School Cheerleading Tryouts will be held on March 28, 29 and 31. Anyone interested in going out for the team should email Coach Wagner at awagner@rochester3a.net by Friday, March 17th. There is also a Mandatory Parent Meeting for anyone interested in trying out for the team on Monday, March 27th at 5:30pm via Google Meet. A link will be sent out closer to the parent meeting date. EGG YOUR HOUSE FUNDRAISER!
The Rochester High School Cheerleading Team will be hosting the Egg Your House Fundraiser again this year! Use the attached link to sign up for your Candy Filled Egg Delivery! Sign up ends Friday, March 31st at 3pm. Eggs will be delivered to all Rochester School District Addresses Saturday, April 8th starting at 9am. Pick up option will also be available on April 7th at the High School from 12pm-4pm (please indicate pick up option in comment section of form). Club pictures will be taken March 31st during 8th and 9th hour. Clubs that will be photographed are: Scholastic Bowl, Student Council, Yearbook Staff, Literary, Band, Jazz Band, Chorus, Jazz Chorus
STEM Fair is back!
The Rochester Athletic Complex will be the site of the 2023 Central Illinois STEM Fair on Thursday March 30, from 6 to 8 pm. The STEM Fair will feature science, technology, engineering, and math clubs and activities from Rochester and throughout Central Illinois. This event is free and open to all K-12 students and their families from Rochester and other area schools.

Teachers, if you would like to exhibit your STEM curriculum or after school activity, answer YES to the exhibitor question on the ticket reservation to claim your spot. Questions? PAC Summer Camps
SAVE THE DATES! Performing Arts Summer Camps are returning to Rochester. PAC@ROCHESTER will hold three week long camps this year instead of two camps. Mark your calendar for the weeks of July 10, 17 & 24. Plan to attend one, two or all three camps! Registration will begin in late March. Please email Mr. Bauser with any questions at bbauser@rochester3a.net Initial registration will be for Rochester School District students first before opening registration to the general public.

RYAA Softball Registration
RYAA 2023 softball registration is now open!
We are fielding 8u, 10u, 12u, and 14u teams. Early Bird rate until February 28th. Registration closes March 15th. More info at https://www.ryaasports.org/
Mental Health Days and Parent Excused Days
Students are allowed six (6) parental absences (A-E) in one school year. Five (5) of those can be Mental Health Days (M-E). After six (6) parental absences, they will be marked as unexcused unless we receive a doctor’s note. Please make sure your student is bringing in their doctor’s notes so you do not use up your parents' excuses.
Dr. Notes
Make sure that Doctor’s notes are being brought to the Jr High office after the appointment or if your student has been sick. That note will change that absence in Skyward from a parent excuse - AE or an unexcused absence -AU to a doctor excuse - AD.
