PAC Summer Camps

SAVE THE DATES!  Performing Arts Summer Camps are returning to Rochester.  PAC@ROCHESTER will hold three week long camps this year instead of two camps.  Mark your calendar for the weeks of July 10, 17 & 24.  Plan to attend one, two or all three camps!   Registration will begin in late March.  Please email Mr. Bauser with any questions at bbauser@rochester3a.net  Initial registration will be for Rochester School District students first before opening registration to the general public.

Rochester School Band Families

Forms will be coming home with your students for the Band Boosters principal fundraiser, the annual Antonio's pizza sale. 50% of all pizza sales revenue benefits the 5th through 12th grade Rochester School Band Program and will enable us to purchase  new instruments for the Band Department. To reach our revenue goal, we need to sell 1500 pizzas! Customers are also allowed to donate money to the Band Boosters and a receipt will be  provided for their donation. Sales take place from February 20th through March 3rd, with the pizza build and pick-up happening on March 11th.  Forms due March 3rd to your band director!  For questions, email LHicks101505@gmail.com.

Mental Health Days and Parent Excused Days

Students are allowed six (6) parental absences (A-E) in one school year.  Five (5) of those can be Mental Health Days (M-E).  After six (6) parental absences, they will be marked as unexcused unless we receive a doctor’s note.  Please make sure your student is bringing in their doctor’s notes so you do not use up your parents' excuses.

Dr. Notes

Make sure that Doctor’s notes are being brought to the Jr High office after the appointment or if your student has been sick.  That note will change that absence in Skyward from a parent excuse - AE or an unexcused absence -AU to a doctor excuse - AD.
