RIS Bands
RIS Bands will present a mid-winter concert tonight at 4:30pm in the RIS gymnasium. All 5th and 6th grade band students will be staying after school that day - they will not go home prior to the performance. Please plan to have nice clothing to wear for the concert. Let Mrs. Parker know if you have any questions! We can’t wait to share our music with everyone!
Gold Rush
Any Fourth Grade students who did not get a chance to audition for the Gold Rush speaking or narrator parts, during your Music Class with Mrs. Parker or Mr. McCafferty, please come to Mr. McCafferty’s Room after these Morning Announcements! This is only for people who missed the opportunity with their class - if you already auditioned, you do not need to come down!

RYAA BASEBALL REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN THRU APRIL 1
-T- Ball (Ages 4-6)
- 8U (Ages 7-8) Grades 1-2
-10U (Ages 9-10) Grades 3-4
-12U (Ages 11-12) Grades 5-6
-14U (Ages 13-14) Grades 7-8

RYAA 2022 softball registration is now open (see link below)!
There is an early bird discount available to those registering before February 28.
We are fielding 8u, 10u, 12u, and 14u teams. A softball skills day is being planned to kickoff the season (Late March/early April date to follow).
Our program plays in the Riverton league. Practices usually start in early April with games being played in mid May through the end of June. Games are located in the communities of Riverton, Rochester, Sherman, Athens, Petersburg, and Pleasant Plains.
We are looking forward to a great season full of softball skills advancement, learning teamwork, building confidence, and streamlining the rec program.
