Bus Announcements
Bus # 16 is a double route tonight.
*Fifth Grade Chorus will leave at 2:30 today and Wednesday to go to the High School campus to rehearse after school tonight from 2:45-5:30 in the Fine Arts Auditorium.
*If your parents are unaware that pick up tonight is at the Auditorium, please come to the Mr. McCafferty’s Room to contact your parents first thing this morning.
*All Chorus members will need their costumes on Wednesday.
*All Chorus members will need a sack lunch on Thursday. We will have lunch at the Auditorium before our preview performance!
This is a reminder that tonight at midnight is the deadline for ordering a Fine Arts T-Shirt!

Prekindergarten at Rochester EC-1
Do you have a child that is or will be age 3-5? They are eligible for our prekindergarten program. If you are interested in our at-risk and tuition-based programs, please contact Sloane at 217-498-6210 ext 61522 to set up a screening for your child!
BASKETBALL OPEN GYMS
Open gyms will be every Wednesday and will run through October. The open gyms will be held in the RAC from 6:00-7:00 p.m. for anyone in 3rd through 8th grade and 7:00- 8:30 p.m. for high school students and up.

2024 RYAA Fall Football Cheer
Registration for 2024 RYAA Fall Football Cheer is now open!
Cheerleaders entering 2nd grade through 8th grade for the 2024/2025 school year will be eligible to register. This year, our squads will cheer for their grade level at the Rochester JFL games. Some travel will be required.
Practices will begin the week of July 8th, 2024 and will be 1-2 days per week depending on your coach’s schedule. Games will begin mid-August and run through mid-October. The game schedule should be available by the beginning of August.
Registration for Cheerleading is $65 and is due at the time of registration. Register by April 30, 2024 to secure your spot!

Transportation Changes
All transportation changes must be submitted to the office no later than 2:00pm. Please call the office at 217-498-6215 or email your changes to Mrs. Howie at chowie@rochester3a.net or Mrs. Lovett at clovett@rochester3a.net. Any request for transportation changes past 2:00 pm cannot be accepted. Thank you for your cooperation!
Parent Pick-up:
For parent pick-up at the end of the day, we prefer the line system. All parents should remain in their vehicles and follow the pick-up line around and to the front of the building. You may also choose to park in the spots in the parking lot. It is our preference that you use the line system, however if you choose to park, please come to the front of the building and escort your student to the vehicle safely. Under no circumstances should students be walking across the parking lot unescorted. Thank you for your help with this!
Lunch Balances
The low lunch balance alerts have been reactivated for all families. You will get an alert when your lunch balance is below $5.00. If you choose to shut off the alert, you will no longer get any school announcements.
