Just a reminder that RIS double bus riders will go to the elementary campus to wait until their bus arrives.
6th Grade Swing Choir
Sixth Grade Swing Choir. We will be going to the Auditorium again today at 2:30 PM. Teachers: please dismiss students at 2:20 so we can depart promptly at 2:30…
Make sure your parents know to pick you up at 5:30 at the Auditorium tonight and Wednesday.
If you are still needing to take your costume
or Props to the Auditorium- please grab those items before we leave!
Tomorrow (Thursday) All Swing Choir members need to bring a sack lunch - and drink nothing that will require refrigeration or a microwave!

PARENTS ONLY:
Reminder: we will be rehearsing again at the Auditorium at the High School from 2:30-5:30 PM - students will need to be picked up at the Auditorium at 5:30.
Students will be at the Auditorium tomorrow (Thursday) the entire day, preparing for the show and will perform for the other Sixth Grade students in the afternoon. Students need to bring a sack lunch and drink -nothing requiring refrigeration or a microwave!

The Rochester Sixth Grade Swing Choir's "Medieval Times" production will take place on Thursday Dec. 14th 4:30 PM at Fine Arts Auditorium. The program will feature: humorous legends, fairytales, sword fights, Celtic and Highland Dancing, European Madrigal-era songs, magic tricks and other pageantry.
The program is FREE!

Clinic Date: Wednesday, January 17th from 3:30-4:45pm (2-3 Building).
Performance Date: Friday, January 19th, halftime of the Varsity Football Game.
Game starts at 7pm.

RHS Girls Soccer Rocket blanket ORDERS DUE TODAY, Monday, December 11th for the first delivery date. These blankets are 60" x 80" and are not sport specific. These blankets make the perfect gift for any occasion. This is a great way to show your school spirit and support your ROCKETS! Special Price of ONLY $65.00 IF YOU ORDER NOW! The price will go up after December 15th! Orders must be placed by December 11th for our first delivery. Delivery is scheduled between January 15-30. Transportation Changes
All transportation changes must be submitted to the office no later than 2:00pm. Please call the office at 217-498-6215 or email your changes to Mrs. Howie at chowie@rochester3a.net or Mrs. Lovett at clovett@rochester3a.net. Any request for transportation changes past 2:00 pm cannot be accepted. Thank you for your cooperation!
Parent Pick-up:
For parent pick-up at the end of the day, we prefer the line system. All parents should remain in their vehicles and follow the pick-up line around and to the front of the building. You may also choose to park in the spots in the parking lot. It is our preference that you use the line system, however if you choose to park, please come to the front of the building and escort your student to the vehicle safely. Under no circumstances should students be walking across the parking lot unescorted. Thank you for your help with this!
Lunch Balances
The low lunch balance alerts have been reactivated for all families. You will get an alert when your lunch balance is below $5.00. If you choose to shut off the alert, you will no longer get any school announcements.
