RHS Homecoming Spirit Days are as follows: Monday, September 18 - Jersey Day, Tuesday, September 19 - Twin Day, Wednesday, September 20- USA Day, Thursday, September 21 - Decade Day (Freshmen-1950’s, Sophomore-1960’s, Junior-1970’s, Senior-1980’s), Friday, September 22 - Orange and Blue Day.

ATTENTION SENIORS: The first annual "Paint the Lot" will begin SUNDAY from 12:30 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. You will need to check in with Mr. Reed in front of the RAC before you begin. This is an RHS SENIORS only event to kick off Homecoming Week!!! Have FUN!!!

Rochester Rockets Senior Night for Golf, Tennis, Cross Country, Band, Cheer, and Poms will be Friday, September 15 at Rocket Booster Stadium. Seniors will be announced at 6:15 p.m. prior to the football game vs. Jacksonville. Come out and help us celebrate our SENIORS!!!

Afternoon Transportation Update
Starting Monday, September 11th, all RIS double route students will take the shuttle buses to the elementary campus. This is an attempt to reduce stops and decrease the length of time students are on the buses.

Friday Night Football - Rockets vs. SHS 7:00 p.m. at Rocket Booster Stadium. A couple of reminders: All tickets can be purchased at the gate on Friday beginning at 5:30 p.m. Intermediate and Elementary students will not be admitted to the game without a parent or adult. Junior High School students must be prepared to show an ID to enter the game. There will be no re-entry for students in grades K through 12. Enjoy the Game and GO ROCKETS!!!
A GREAT WEEK FOR SAFETY AT ROCHESTER HIGH SCHOOL! Our students and staff participated in the Fire, Bus Evacuation, and Lockdown Drills. We are very proud of our students and staff with our GOAL to keep everyone SAFE!

Rochester High School Parents and Guardians,
On Wednesday, August 23, we will host our annual Rochester High School Open House. The event is for parents/guardians only and will begin in the Rochester High School Auditorium. Please park in the lot between the RHS Auditorium and the football field. Doors will open at 5:45 p.m. Mr. Reed, Mr. Hawkins, and the RHS Guidance Department will begin with a short introduction promptly at 6:00 p.m.
PICTURE DAY at RHS. Rochester High School Students will have their school pictures taken on Monday, August 21 and Tuesday, August 22 during their PE class. If students do not have a PE class, they will take it during Rocket Time. Please contact the high school main office if you have any questions.
Monday, August 21 will be the first day for assigned parking for students at Rochester High School. Please see Mrs. Tucker in the main office if you haven't received your parking sticker.
