RHS riders on Bus #19 please wait in the HS cafeteria after school until your shuttle bus arrives to pick you up and take you home. PLEASE DIRECT ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING LATE BUSES TO THE BUS GARAGE. THEY CAN BE REACHED AT (217) 498-9834. **REMINDER - If you need to drop off your student(s) early, the school is open at 7:30 a.m. and students should report to the cafeteria.**
BASEBALL TEAM INFORMATION
Baseball players that can drive will meet in Coach Carlson's classroom after school for a short meeting.
LEARNING COMMONS ANNOUNCEMENT
The Learning Commons will be closed ALL DAY, Tuesday, November 22. If you need to check out a book or use the student printer please do so before the end of the day today.
DISNEY TRIP PASTRY FUNDRAISER PICKUP
The Music Department Disney Trip Pastry Fundraiser pickup is TOMORROW, Tuesday, November 22 from 3:05-5:00 p.m. at the High School Auditorium. Please email Mr. Bauser with any questions at bbauser@rochester3a.net.
JOSTENS GRADUATION MATERIALS
If you missed turning in your graduation orders on Friday, you have until Tuesday, November 22 to turn them into Mrs. Tucker in the Principal’s Office. Senior Graduation Order Informational Video If you have any questions, please email Mrs. Tucker at stucker@rochester3a.net.

DOCTORS NOTES
Please make sure that doctor’s notes are being brought to Mrs. Lessman in Student Services after the appointment. The note will change that absence in Skyward from a parent excuse - AE to a doctor excused absence - AD. Students are only allowed 6 AE absences in a school year. After 6 excused absences they will be counted as unexcused absences- UU. Please contact Mrs. Lessman in Student Services if you have questions.
PARKING
Please make sure you are parking in the correct parking spot. If you park in the wrong spot, it causes a chain reaction of students not being able to park in their assigned spot. Also, if you are driving to school, you must have a parking sticker posted in your vehicle. Please contact Mrs. Tucker in the Principal’s Office to purchase a sticker.

If your student plans to participate in one of our upcoming sports seasons, please visit RHS RSchool to register your athlete. We will also need an updated physical on file. Don’t forget to subscribe to “notify me” for your child’s sport, this allows you to get automatic notifications of any schedule changes. If you need to check your child’s physical date or have any questions about the registration process, please contact Kim Hauck at khauck@rochester3a.net.
