RHS riders on Busses #7, #19 and #21 please wait in the HS cafeteria after school until your shuttle bus arrives to pick you up and take you home. PLEASE DIRECT ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING LATE BUSES TO THE BUS GARAGE. THEY CAN BE REACHED AT (217) 498-9834. **REMINDER - If you need to drop off your student(s) early, the school is open at 7:30 a.m. and students should report to the cafeteria.**
BOYS BASKETBALL FUNDRAISER INFORMATION
Boys Basketball Krispy Kreme order forms and money are due TODAY, Friday, November 18 during practice. Donuts must be picked up next Wednesday, November 23 from 10:00-11:00 a.m. in the RAC If you are unable to pick up your donuts at this time, please contact Nikki Bruce at nikkibruce04@gmail.com to make other arrangements.
4TH ROUND FOOTBALL PLAYOFF GAME
Rochester will play AT SHG TODAY, Friday, November 18 at 7:00 p.m. Gates will open at 5:30 p.m. Admission is set by the IHSA. Digital tickets are $8.00. Cash tickets at the door are $9.00. Digital tickets are only available online through GoFan. The link to the tickets can be found here - Go Fan LINK. Tailgating can take place east of the field in the grassy area behind the baseball field.
GENERAL INFORMATION
JOSTENS GRADUATION MATERIALS
Jostens was here and distributed Graduation ordering information for cap and gowns, announcements, etc. to seniors. Senior Graduation Order Informational Video. Jostens will return TODAY, Friday, November 18 to collect any orders that are not made online. Graduation items will be delivered to students in early Spring of 2023. If you need additional information or have any questions, please contact Mrs. Tucker at stucker@rochester3a.net.
GERMAN CLUB ADVENT CALENDARS
The German Club has advent calendars for sale! They are $4.00 each. Please contact a German Club student or Ms. Catarinicchia at mcatarinicchia@rochester3a.net if you would like to purchase one.

DOCTORS NOTES
Please make sure that doctor’s notes are being brought to Mrs. Lessman in Student Services after the appointment. The note will change that absence in Skyward from a parent excuse - AE to a doctor excused absence - AD. Students are only allowed 6 AE absences in a school year. After 6 excused absences they will be counted as unexcused absences- UU. Please contact Mrs. Lessman in Student Services if you have questions.
PARKING
Please make sure you are parking in the correct parking spot. If you park in the wrong spot, it causes a chain reaction of students not being able to park in their assigned spot. Also, if you are driving to school, you must have a parking sticker posted in your vehicle. Please contact Mrs. Tucker in the Principal’s Office to purchase a sticker.

If your student plans to participate in one of our upcoming sports seasons, please visit RHS RSchool to register your athlete. We will also need an updated physical on file. Don’t forget to subscribe to “notify me” for your child’s sport, this allows you to get automatic notifications of any schedule changes. If you need to check your child’s physical date or have any questions about the registration process, please contact Kim Hauck at khauck@rochester3a.net.
