RHS riders on Busses #4, #7, #10, #19 AND #27 please wait in the HS cafeteria after school until your shuttle bus arrives to pick you up and take you home. PLEASE DIRECT ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING LATE BUSES TO THE BUS GARAGE. THEY CAN BE REACHED AT (217) 498-9834.
BOYS GOLF TEAM RESULTS
Yesterday the Boys Golf team placed 6th in the Decatur Regional with a 339. Talon Sperry shot an 81 and Michael Pemberton shot 82 to advance to the Bartonville Sectionals on October 3. Adam Staley shot an 89, Dalton King shot an 87, Griffin Leach shot a great back nine and shot a team low 40 and finished with a 90. Jacob McCloud shot a 96. The team finished the regular season with a record of 17-4.

DEBATE CLUB ANNOUNCEMENT
The Debate Club will have its first debate TODAY, Thursday, September 29 in Mrs. Bilyeu's Room at 3:15 p.m. after school.
SOCIAL JUSTICE CLUB INFO
If you are interested in joining the Social Justice Club, please fill out this form. Our first meeting is Monday, October 3, after school in the library. There will be activities as well as snacks and drinks. Everyone is welcome to come, even if you do not join the club!
PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES - 10/12/22 & 11/2/22
Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held again for RHS on Wednesday, October 12 and Wednesday, November 2 from 3:30 - 8:30 p.m. Conferences will be held VIRTUALLY this fall. Parents should use their Skyward Family Access to schedule 15-minute virtual appointments with their student’s teachers that they would like to visit with through our video conferencing platform. After scheduling your conference(s), parents will be sent a link by the teacher for each meeting via their email. Directions on how to schedule a conference can be found here. The Rochester Public Library has an inter-governmental agreement that all Rochester students, regardless of address, are eligible for a student library card. Please complete this form if you would like your student to receive a Rochester Public Library Card--this is completely optional for students. Please visit their website for more information. Note: if your student already has a library card, there is no need to complete this form. If you have more than 1 student, please complete the form for each student separately. 21-22 YEARBOOK PICK UP INFORMATION
If you are a 2022 graduate and did not pick up your 21-22 yearbook, please contact Mrs. Tucker at stucker@rochester3a.net or 217-498-9761, Ext. 3235 to schedule a pickup time.
LOW LUNCH BALANCE ALERTS
The low lunch balance alerts have been reactivated for all families. You will get an alert when your lunch balance is below $5.00. If you choose to shut off the alert, you will no longer get any school announcements.
DOCTORS NOTES
Please make sure that doctor’s notes are being brought to Mrs. Lessman in Student Services after the appointment. The note will change that absence in Skyward from a parent excuse - AE to a doctor excused absence - AD. Students are only allowed 6 AE absences in a school year. After 6 excused absences they will be counted as unexcused absences- UU. Please contact Mrs. Lessman in Student Services if you have questions.
PARKING
Please make sure you are parking in the correct parking spot. If you park in the wrong spot, it causes a chain reaction of students not being able to park in their assigned spot. Also, if you are driving to school, you must have a parking sticker posted in your vehicle. Please contact Mrs. Tucker in the Principal’s Office to purchase a sticker.

Don’t forget to subscribe to “notify me” for your child’s sport, this allows you to get automatic notifications of any schedule changes.
