SECTIONAL VOLLEYBALL GAME - TICKET INFORMATION
RHS Volleyball plays Normal U-High TONIGHT, November 1 at 6:30 p.m. at the RAC. Tickets for this IHSA Sectional-semi match MUST be pre-purchased on the GoFan app at the following link: Go Fan Tickets. Students MUST PURCHASE tickets in advance to attend the game. No tickets will be sold at the door.
ROCKET COLOR BLAST 5K JUNIOR PROM FUNDRAISER
LATE REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
If you would like to participate in the Rocket Color Blast 5k but missed the sign up you still can participate! Please bring $20 (exact change or check --made out to RHS Junior Class) to the 5k event this Sunday, November 7th at the Rochester Community Park on the JFL Football Fields. Late Registration will get you into the race and color thrown at you -- Tshirt's NOT included so please wear your own white shirt! Late Registration will open at 12pm with Race starting at 1pm. Let's have a Blast Rockets!
CROSS COUNTRY TEAM RESULTS
This weekend the boys and girls cross country team competed in the sectional championships in Decatur. Both teams ran well but neither one qualified for the state meet. Individually Brooke Zeibert finished 18th and will move on to the state championship next weekend. Other varsity girls that Computer’s included Colleen Zeibert, Addi Schmedeke, Lacy Steck, Trinity Hicks, Jillian Conlon, and Maria Olson.
Saturday’s varsity boys included Adam Gribbins, Charlie Archey, Ryan Gustafson, Max Wilber, Spencer Loy, Aiden Garland-Sutter, and Adam Transue. Congratulations to all the Rockets on a great cross country season and good luck to Brooke next weekend at the state championships.
PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES - 11/3/21
Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held for RHS on Wednesday, November 3 from 3:30 - 8:30 p.m. Conferences will be held VIRTUALLY this fall. Parents should use their Skyward Family Access to schedule 15-minute virtual appointments with their student’s teachers that they would like to visit with through our video conferencing platform. After scheduling your conference(s), parents will be sent a link by the teacher for each meeting via their email. Directions on how to schedule a conference can be found here. BOYS BASKETBALL PARENT MEETING
There will be a parent meeting next Tuesday, November 2 at 7:00 p.m. in the RAC for anyone interested in playing boys basketball. Masks must be worn. If you have any questions please contact Coach Gavin at tgavin@inb.com.
AUDIO ESSAY CONTEST
Any student interested in the VFW Voice of Democracy audio essay contest should see Mr. Fitzgerald for information as soon as possible. There are local, state, and national awards, with the national grand prize of $30,000.

A "No Contact" Family Meal Pick-Up Fundraiser on November 8 - Pre-Orders Only - A percent of sales will be donated to the RHS Sophomore Class. We’re launching our health services program for this school year, and we want to make sure your family has access to these services all year long. Our district is hosting a Consent for Care Drive to ensure 100% of families learn about our student health services from Hazel Health. With Hazel, students can immediately speak with a Hazel doctor right from school or at home. On-demand health services include: Medical treatment, Medication and Coordination. Parking Pass - If you need to get a parking sticker, please fill out the Parking Survey. If you are driving a different vehicle to school for any reason you need to fill out this form on a daily basis so we know that it is in the parking lot.
