WRESTLING SENIOR NIGHT
The Wrestling Team’s Senior Night is TONIGHT, Thursday, January 11 at 5:45 p.m. in the RAC. The seniors will be presented at 5:45 so make sure you are there early so you don’t miss it! Please come out and support the Wrestling Team as they honor their Seniors!
BOYS TRACK MANDATORY MEETING
There will be a Mandatory Player/Parent Meeting for all boys planning on participating in Boys Track and Field TONIGHT, Thursday, January 11 at 6:00 p.m. in the High School Library at 6:00 p.m. If you cannot make it but plan to participate in track this season, please complete the Google Form - here. If there are any questions or concerns, please contact Coach Blaise at mblaise@rochester3a.net.
BASEBALL OPEN GYM
There will be a Baseball Open Gym after school on Friday, January 12 at 3:15 p.m. in the RAC Also, anyone wanting to play baseball this spring needs to see Coach Carlson so he can make sure you can get messages in case of cancellations due to weather. CACC OPEN HOUSE
Sophomores and Juniors interested in CACC, please bring your parents/guardians and join us for an Open House on Thursday, January 25 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. This is a great opportunity to tour the labs, meet the teachers, talk with current students, and see if CACC is where you want to be. RHS VOCAL JAZZ ENSEMBLE AUDITIONS
Auditions for the 2024 RHS Vocal Jazz Ensemble will be held TODAY, Thursday, January 11 and TOMORROW, Friday, January 12 after school and during Rocket Time. Yearbook Senior Recognition Ads are a great way for parents, families and friends to commemorate student achievements and important milestones. In addition, revenues from Recognition Ads help our school to create a better yearbook. To purchase your ad online, follow the instructions on the attached LETTER TO PARENTS and then click on the LINK to order. There is also a YouTube Instructional Video that may be helpful to watch before placing your order. Jostens is managing your school's yearbook ad sales, so please do not contact or send materials to the school. Please take into account our school's ad content guidelines on the bottom of the attached form during the creation of your ad online. All ad orders must be placed online by 02/29/2024.

RHS PTO INFORMATION
As we gear up for the cold and flu season, we would like to help the HS teachers stock up on kleenex and Clorox wipes! You can make a donation at PayPal - (RHS PTO @rhsrocketspto) , you can visit our Amazon Wish List at RHS PTO Wish List or you can drop off donations at Student Services. The money collected helps buy supplies for the school and helps provide meals for Parent/Teacher conferences and treats during Teacher Appreciation Week. Any donation is greatly appreciated!
SENIORS - SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION
The LLCC Foundation Scholarship Application for the 2024-2025 academic year is now open through February 15, 2024. All students considering or planning to attend LLCC beginning in Fall 2024 are encouraged to apply. Please visit LLCC Scholarships for more information.

PARKING
If you plan on driving a vehicle to school this year, you must fill out the parking survey and pay the parking fee. If you have not already completed the survey, please do so ASAP, Rochester HS Parking Survey. Please make sure you are parking in the correct parking spot. Also, all students that park in the back lot will be required to enter through the MPR doors. Students should not be entering any of the other doors on the back side of the HS. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Tucker in the Principal’s Office.
ATHLETICS & ACTIVITIES
SPORTS ANNOUNCEMENT
If your student plans to participate in one of our upcoming sports seasons, please visit RHS RSchool to register your athlete. We will also need an updated physical on file. Don’t forget to subscribe to “notify me” for your child’s sport, this allows you to get automatic notifications of any schedule changes. If you need to check your child’s physical date or have any questions about the registration process, please contact Kim Hauck at khauck@rochester3a.net.
