CACC ANNOUNCEMENT
CACC will be back in session on Jan 3, 2024. All CACC students are expected to resume attendance then. The bus for CACC will leave from the High School at 12:10 p.m. on those days.

STUDENT STUDY TABLES - FINAL EXAMS
There will be Student Study Tables in the RHS LIBRARY TODAY, December 19 from 3:30-5:00 p.m. for any students needing a QUIET AREA to study for FINALS.
PTO FUNDRAISER PICK-UP
The RJHS PTO Fundraiser items will be available for pick-up TODAY, Tuesday, December 19 from 3:30-5:00 p.m. in the RJHS Office. If you ordered items and would like us to send items home with your RHS or RJHS student, please email Christie Jones at (cjones@rochester3a.net) to let her know who to send it home with. PLEASE note that the pajama pants and tumblers (Stanley-like cups) are on backorder. We will notify you as soon as they come in.
DON’T SWEAT THE TESTS - FINALS WEEK
Staff and Students will wear comfortable sweats for the week of testing to provide a relaxed and stress free environment.

ONE ACT PLAY AUDITION INFORMATION
Get ready for our hilarious Spring One-Act Play, “13 Ways to Screw Up Your College Interview”! This year’s auditions will be held after Winter Break on January 9. Seniors - Please check your emails and fill out the Diploma Request Form with the information of how you would like your name to appear on your diploma.
RHS GIRLS SOCCER FUNDRAISER
RHS Girls Soccer Rocket blankets are 60" x 80" and are not sport specific. These blankets make the perfect gift for any occasion. This is a great way to show your school spirit and support your ROCKETS! Special Price of ONLY $65.00 IF YOU ORDER NOW! The price will go up after December 15th! Orders must be placed by December 11th for our first delivery. Delivery is scheduled between January 15-30. We will send out a flier you can include with a gift for Christmas. RHS PTO INFORMATION
As we gear up for the cold and flu season, we would like to help the HS teachers stock up on kleenex and Clorox wipes! You can make a donation at PayPal - (RHS PTO @rhsrocketspto) , you can visit our Amazon Wish List at RHS PTO Wish List or you can drop off donations at Student Services. The money collected helps buy supplies for the school and helps provide meals for Parent/Teacher conferences and treats during Teacher Appreciation Week. Any donation is greatly appreciated!
SENIORS - SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION
The LLCC Foundation Scholarship Application for the 2024-2025 academic year is now open through February 15, 2024. All students considering or planning to attend LLCC beginning in Fall 2024 are encouraged to apply. Please visit LLCC Scholarships for more information.

PARKING
If you plan on driving a vehicle to school this year, you must fill out the parking survey and pay the parking fee. If you have not already completed the survey, please do so ASAP, Rochester HS Parking Survey. Please make sure you are parking in the correct parking spot. Also, all students that park in the back lot will be required to enter through the MPR doors. Students should not be entering any of the other doors on the back side of the HS. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Tucker in the Principal’s Office.
ATHLETICS & ACTIVITIES
SPORTS ANNOUNCEMENT
If your student plans to participate in one of our upcoming sports seasons, please visit RHS RSchool to register your athlete. We will also need an updated physical on file. Don’t forget to subscribe to “notify me” for your child’s sport, this allows you to get automatic notifications of any schedule changes. If you need to check your child’s physical date or have any questions about the registration process, please contact Kim Hauck at khauck@rochester3a.net.
