CLASS 4A FOOTBALL STATE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME
Rochester Football will play St. Laurence on Friday, November 24 at 7:00 p.m. at Hancock Stadium, Illinois State University, Normal, IL for the State Championship. Admission is set by the IHSA. Tickets can be pre-purchased for $15.00 (cash or check made payable to “RHS”) in the RHS Athletic Office TODAY, Monday, Nov. 20 and TOMORROW, Tuesday, Nov. 21 from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. You can also purchase tickets online: IHSA Football State Championship Tickets (there is a $2.00 additional fee for online purchases) or purchase tickets at the gate on Friday.

PHYSICS CLUB INFORMATION
The Physics Club will be meeting TODAY, Monday, November 20 to make mini catapults! Please join us right after school in Mrs. Boyer's Room (Room 3156).

RHS PTO INFORMATION
As we gear up for the cold and flu season, we would like to help the HS teachers stock up on kleenex and Clorox wipes! You can make a donation at PayPal - (RHS PTO @rhsrocketspto) , you can visit our Amazon Wish List at RHS PTO Wish List or you can drop off donations at Student Services. The money collected helps buy supplies for the school and helps provide meals for Parent/Teacher conferences and treats during Teacher Appreciation Week. Any donation is greatly appreciated!
SENIORS - SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION
The LLCC Foundation Scholarship Application for the 2024-2025 academic year is now open through February 15, 2024. All students considering or planning to attend LLCC beginning in Fall 2024 are encouraged to apply. Please visit LLCC Scholarships for more information.

PRE-KINDERGARTEN CLASSROOM INFO
Due to grant funding from the Illinois State Board of Education, Rochester CUSD 3A will be opening a needs-based prekindergarten classroom in January 2024. Please see the attached FLYER for information on screenings to be considered for the program!
PARKING
If you plan on driving a vehicle to school this year, you must fill out the parking survey and pay the parking fee. If you have not already completed the survey, please do so ASAP, Rochester HS Parking Survey. Please make sure you are parking in the correct parking spot. Also, all students that park in the back lot will be required to enter through the MPR doors. Students should not be entering any of the other doors on the back side of the HS. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Tucker in the Principal’s Office.
DOCTORS NOTES
Please make sure that doctor’s notes are being brought to Mrs. Lessman in Student Services after the appointment.
ATHLETICS & ACTIVITIES
SPORTS ANNOUNCEMENT
If your student plans to participate in one of our upcoming sports seasons, please visit RHS RSchool to register your athlete. We will also need an updated physical on file. Don’t forget to subscribe to “notify me” for your child’s sport, this allows you to get automatic notifications of any schedule changes. If you need to check your child’s physical date or have any questions about the registration process, please contact Kim Hauck at khauck@rochester3a.net.
