GOLF TEAM RESULTS
Girls Golf Sectionals Results: Kiley Torres shot a 75 and placed 5th overall and qualified for the State Championship that will be held this weekend in Decatur! Isabel Tom- 84, Raegan Reynolds- 106, Emmah Brown- 109, Payton Sitko- 118 and Eleanor Schudel- 121. Team Total: 374 (8th out of 12 teams). Yesterday seniors Talon Sperry and Jacob McCloud competed in the Peoria Richwood Boys Golf Sectional at Kellogg Golf Course. Talon shot an 82 and missed the state cut by 4 shots. Jacob shot an 86. Both Talon and Jacob had great senior seasons and career for the Rockets
2024 STEM FAIR
The 7th Annual Central Illinois STEM Fair will be held Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at the Rochester High School Athletic Complex. We are assembling a committee to help plan this year's event. If you would like to participate, please contact us at rochesterstemfair@gmail.com.

Jostens will return TOMORROW, Wednesday, October 4 to collect any orders. 3RD ANNUAL COLOR BLAST 5K - RHS JUNIOR CLASS - PROM FUNDRAISER
Please help the RHS Junior Class raise money for this year's Prom by participating in the 3rd Annual Halloween Color Blast 5k Fun Run/Walk on Sunday, October 29, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at the JFL Fields at the Rochester Community Park! This event is open to the public and will be fun for ALL ages! Please read the waiver for this event and check the box on the registration form.

AUDIO ESSAY CONTEST
The Rochester VFW is sponsoring the Voice of Democracy audio essay contest. Winners can receive scholarship monies at the local post, district, state, and national levels. Please see Mr. Fitzgerald in Room 1135 for an entry form and more information. Entries are due to Mr. Fitzgerald by October 31.
FINANCIAL AID NIGHT
SENIORS: Financial Aid Night will be held on Wednesday, November 8 at 6:00 p.m. in the HS Fine Arts Auditorium.
2023-2024 RHS YEARBOOKS ON SALE NOW
The 2023-2024 RHS Rocket Yearbook is on sale now for $67.00 until September 15, the price will increase after this date. ALL sales for books will be online this year. PARKING
If you plan on driving a vehicle to school this year, you must fill out the parking survey and pay the parking fee. If you have not already completed the survey, please do so ASAP, Rochester HS Parking Survey. Please make sure you are parking in the correct parking spot. Also, all students that park in the back lot will be required to enter through the MPR doors. Students should not be entering any of the other doors on the back side of the HS. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Tucker in the Principal’s Office.
RHS PTO INFORMATION

The money collected helps buy supplies for the school and helps provide meals for Parent/Teacher conferences and treats during Teacher Appreciation Week. Any donation is greatly appreciated!

If your student plans to participate in one of our upcoming sports seasons, please visit RHS RSchool to register your athlete. We will also need an updated physical on file. Don’t forget to subscribe to “notify me” for your child’s sport, this allows you to get automatic notifications of any schedule changes.
