Online registration for the 2021-2022 school year is now open for all students. You can access online registration through Skyward Family Access. The Skyward Family Access link is located on the district’s website www.rochester3a.net. You will need to use your username and password that were previously assigned to you. If you do not have your login information, you can contact the District Office at 217-498-6210. A tutorial for completing online registration and payment can be accessed here: Registration & Payment Instructions. Several forms have been combined this year in order to make the process more efficient. Families with multiple students use the same login information for all students.
All Enrollments and Registrations are completed online.
Please review your family information (step 1c) carefully to ensure that your email and phone numbers are accurate to receive information.
There is an option under Family Information to indicate if your immediate family includes an active member of the military.
The option to pay fees with a credit or debit card will be available this year. You may also pay with a check by dropping off the check at the District Office, in the locked dropbox located outside of the District Office, or by mailing registration fees to Rochester CUSD 3A, 4 Rocket Dr., Rochester, IL 62563.
The registration fee is $100 and there is an additional $5 fee if paying by credit or debit card. There may be additional fees that pertain to your individual student(s). Please refer to the District Fee Schedule at the end of online registration to see if any additional fees apply to your student(s).
Important: Course fees will be based on the courses into which each student has been placed. If your high school student wishes to change his or her course placement(s), those changes will need to be done by contacting their high school guidance counselor. Please do not pay fees until after those changes have been made. Guidance counselors can be reached by email or phone by calling the Student Services Office at 217-498-6210, ext. 3405. Students are assigned their counselors by the first letter of their last name. This information is outlined below.
