As Rochester CUSD #3A begins the process of selecting the district’s next superintendent, the Board of Education is inviting families, staff, and community members to share their input at upcoming Community Forum sessions on Monday, July 15.
These forums will provide a space for attendees to share their thoughts on the qualities, experiences, and leadership style they believe are most important in the district’s next leader. Input gathered during the sessions will directly inform the search process and help shape the profile of the ideal candidate.
To accommodate a variety of schedules, three identical sessions will be offered at Rochester Intermediate School:
1:00 – 2:00 p.m.
6:00 – 7:00 p.m.
7:30 – 8:30 p.m.
The forums will be facilitated by Student-Centered Services, the search firm selected by the Board of Education to lead the recruitment process.
“These conversations are a vital part of the superintendent search,” said Board President Amy Reynolds. “We want to ensure the community’s voice is reflected in the qualities and values we seek in our next leader.”
