The Rochester CUSD #3A Board of Education will meet this evening, Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the Bruce Hays Administration Center located at 4 Rocket Drive in Rochester.
Agenda Highlights Include:
Facilities Update: Representatives from BLDD and SM Wilson will provide progress reports on current construction projects, including updates on the new science classrooms, stadium work, and other summer facility improvements.
Strategic Planning: The Board will review and consider approval of the district’s Draft Strategic Plan, which outlines long-term goals and initiatives to support student success and community growth.
Financial Reports: The meeting will include a review of the district’s monthly bills, payroll, activity accounts, and year-to-date fund summaries.
Communication Tools: The Board will discuss potential adoption of the ParentSquare communication platform to streamline school-to-home messaging and engagement.
